Tai Chi
Wu Style refined simple (short form) Tai Ji Quan is for both the young and old.This form has 30 special groups of movements. It's easy to learn and takes about 6 minutes to practice once learned.It has slow, graceful, dance-like movements, practiced for health but in a long-time practitioner the most deadly of the martial arts.
Qigong
Qigong is a practice of aligning breath, movement, and awareness for exercise, health, and meditation. Qigong is practiced for preventive and curative functions, to promote longevity and improve moral character, for meditation, and to enhance t'ai chi abilities. Come reduce stress and improve your longevity and overall well being. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and flat-soled shoes. For all ages and levels of experience. Class time is 50 minutes.
T’ai Chi I
T'ai chi is the ultimate in health and self defense. This class will learn some basic qigong and the shortened version of the traditional Wu style slow form. This short form has 30 groups of movements that are easy to learn and once learned takes about 6-8 minutes to perform. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and flat-soled shoes. For all ages and levels of experience. Class time is 60 minutes.
T’ai Chi II
The ultimate in health and self defense This class will learn qigong and the traditional Wu style slow form. This form has 108 groups of movements that are easy to learn and once learned takes about 16-18 minutes to perform. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and flat-soled shoes. For all ages and levels of experience. Class time is 90 minutes.
